Our exchange program, or advanced replacement program,
allows you to order a refurbished unit at a fixed cost.
In exchange you send us your broken unit. When we repair
the unit you sent us it is added to our inventory.
Repairs:
Repairs have a flat $45.00 fee plus the cost of parts.
