Warranty Policy
All new equipment and electronics carry a one-year warranty
beginning on the invoice date. All reconditioned equipment
and electronics carry a 90-day warranty beginning on the
invoice date.
The item returned for warranty service must have a valid
warranty sticker affixed to the face of the item. The
sticker must also be accompanied by a valid serial number
to receive the benefits of this service.
The warranty only covers manufacturerís defects. AdVendTech
is NOT responsible for damage incurred through natural
disaster, operator error, vandalism, or any other uncommon
event.
The customer is responsible for shipping/handling costs
to send the item back to us if the return has been authorized
by us. All products being returned for service must be
accompanied by a valid RRA (Return Repair Authorization)
number issued by AdVendTech (See Return Process) below for details)AdVendTech
will be responsible for shipping a replacement item back
to the customer.
Refund Policy
All products shipped by AdVendTech will be insured.
It is the customer's responsibility to inspect all merchandise
immediately upon receipt and notify us if the product
is damaged.
NO refund will be made for products that have been used
or that are not resalable. Any damages or discrepancies
reported 10 days after the invoice date are not eligible
for refund.
The customer will be charged 30% of the item value as
a re-packaging and handling fee if any return item(s)
appear not be defective, which will be determined by our
technical staff.
The customer is responsible for shipping/handling costs
to send the item back to us if the return has been authorized
by us.
If any order is placed due to an error/misunderstanding
or any cancellation, return shipments are exempt from
the 30% repacking and handling fee. Shipping costs will
also be refunded. Eligible cancellations must be received
by our sales department before the order is shipped.
All approved return products must be in the original
box, well packaged, resalable, and should include all
the items shipped with the product. You will be charged
for missing items. All returned products must be accompanied
by a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number
issued by AdVendTech.
Returns Process*
Contact AdVendTech by phone at 1-800-334-8398 to report
shipping damages or manufacturers defects and receive
an RMA/RRA #. Returns must be made 10 days after the issue
of the RMA/RRA #.

Upon receipt, you will receive an email/phone call confirming
that we have received the product.
For refunds, our technical staff will inspect your item,
and then forward your information to the front office
for processing. Please allow 2-4 weeks for the process
to be finalized.
For warranty related service,
our technical staff will make the needed repairs and return
the item to the customer within 2 weeks of receipt. If
the product cannot be repaired, the customer will receive
a replacement at no charge.
